Description: "Inclusion" nowadays has become a term which is used by many people and it is also one of the priority of the European Union. Anyway, the term has become a fashionable concept used to describe several responses to social realities such as marginalization, poverty, ghettoization, etc. but this word can be misleading and can reinforce stereotypes. Inclusion should not be an option, but a must in youth work. Therefore, the ALL IN project involves 8 partner organizations from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Scotland in order to develop and test training modules and support material for youth workers, youth leaders, project coordinators and other people involved in youth work. These material will help them to make their work with young people inclusive, fostering quality improvements. The Strategic Partnership included the development of training modules consisting of several blocks; the development of support material; the training of 16 trainers on international level; 1 day interactive Forum in every partner organization; a project homepage, which will allow to use and download the created materials. The Manual can be downloaded from the attachments.
